At Condorprop Ecuador S.A.S. we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have under Ecuador's Organic Personal Data Protection Law (LOPDP, Official Gazette Supplement 459 of May 26, 2021) and its regulation in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
Condorprop Ecuador S.A.S., Tax ID 1793215487001, with offices at Av. República de El Salvador N36-140 and Naciones Unidas, Mansión Blanca Building, 8th floor, Quito 170135, is the controller of your personal data. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at privacidad@condorprop.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the consultation form: full name, email and optional message. When you accept the corresponding cookies, we may also collect technical browsing data such as truncated IP address, device type, browser and pages visited.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your inquiry, send you information about housing projects and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your free, informed and specific consent (Art. 7 LOPDP) and, where applicable, the controller's legitimate interest in fraud prevention.
4. With whom we share your data
We do not sell your data. We only share it with technology providers acting as data processors under contract (hosting, transactional email, web analytics) and with authorities when required by law. Any international transfer takes place to countries with an adequate level of protection or under standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention period
We keep contact data for 24 months from your last interaction; contractual data is kept for the legally required period (minimum 7 years for Ecuadorian tax purposes).
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability, restriction of processing and not to be subject to automated decisions, by writing to privacidad@condorprop.com. You may also file a complaint with the Superintendence for Personal Data Protection of Ecuador.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access control, audit logging and staff training.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be published with the update date at the top of this page.
